SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Processing time is 1-3 business days and shipping is 2-3 business days for all orders

Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. All orders are processed Monday through Friday only! 

 

Please be aware of extended shipping times. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges will only be considered if you did not receive the exact item you requested. At that time the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original state. The order needs to be returned within 5 business days of delivery. 

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

If you did not receive the correct item and wish to start an exchange, you can contact us at info@edshastyles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item; so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for items stolen after delivery. Please consider shipping to an address that you trust when placing your order. 

REFUNDS

Absolutely no refunds. Once orders are placed online, they cannot be cancelled. No exceptions.
